The Kaden Initiative equips young adults with the mentorship, real-world skills, and confidence to lead lives of purpose — honoring the legacy of Kaden Goss.
Kaden Goss grew up in Fort Worth, loved the outdoors, and attended the University of Oklahoma. He was the kind of person who brought people together — whether it was around a pool table, on a hunting trip, or at a fishing hole. The Kaden Initiative was founded in his honor to mentor young adults ages 21–25 through the pivotal years that shape the rest of their lives.
Every participant is paired with a dedicated mentor for weekly check-ins, goal-setting, and accountability. No one walks this road alone.
From budgeting to woodworking, public speaking to auto repair — our workshops put real skills in your hands, taught by people who live them.
Golf tournaments, fishing trips, outdoor leadership events, and more. We build bonds that last through shared experience.
Kaden Goss was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the kind of person who lit up a room — competitive at the pool table, at home in the outdoors, and a proud Sooner at the University of Oklahoma. He loved fishing, hunting, billiards, and being around people.
When Kaden passed away far too young, his family made a decision: turn that loss into something that lasts. The Kaden Initiative was founded to invest in young adults like Kaden — people in their early twenties trying to figure out who they are and where they're going.
The years between 21 and 25 are when life starts to get real. That's exactly when a strong mentor, a useful skill, and a solid community can change everything.
Kaden would've loved this. That's why we're here.
Mentorship means showing up — not pointing fingers. We meet people where they are.
We believe in learning by doing. Trial, error, and trying again. That's how skills stick.
We hold each other to a higher standard because we care, not because we're keeping score.
We believe purpose comes from something bigger than ourselves.
No one figures it out alone. The bonds built here are what carry you forward.
This isn't a seminar series. Every person who joins is paired with a real mentor — someone who checks in every week, helps set goals, and walks beside them.
